Chicken salad with grapes, apple, and celery on gluten-free bread

Ingredients

  • 4 sticks celery
  • 1 apple
  • ¾ cup grapes
  • 1 lb precooked chicken pieces
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slices gluten-free bread

Steps

  1. Dice celery and apple . Halve grapes . Add all three to a bowl with chicken , mayonnaise , and salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Sandwich between slices of bread .
