Roasted red pepper, swiss chard and goat cheese sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups roasted red peppers
- 4 cups swiss chard
- 8 slices whole grain bread
- ½ cup fresh basil
- 1 ⅓ cups goat cheese
- 4 pears
Steps

Chop roasted red peppers. Remove tough stems from swiss chard.

On one slice of bread, layer roasted red peppers, swiss chard, basil leaves and goat cheese. Close sandwich.

Heat in toaster oven or microwave to wilt swiss chard and soften goat cheese.

Enjoy slices of pear on the side.
