- 2 ⅔ cups milk
- 1 ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 2 apples
- 2 tsp honey
- ¼ cup golden raisins

The night before you plan to eat:

Combine chia seeds, milk, and 1 tsp cinnamon in a lidded jar or container. Refrigerate overnight.

Dice apple. Mix with honey, golden raisins, remaining 1 tsp cinnamon and 4 tsp water in a bowl.
