Apple pie chia pudding

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ cup golden raisins


    The night before you plan to eat:

  1. Combine chia seeds, milk, and 1 tsp cinnamon in a lidded jar or container. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. At breakfast time:

  3. Dice apple. Mix with honey, golden raisins, remaining 1 tsp cinnamon and 4 tsp water in a bowl.

  4. Microwave apple mixture in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until apple is soft.

  5. Stir apple mixture into chia seeds and enjoy!
