Roasted pumpkin seeds (from Clean and Delicious)

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil and salt in a bowl. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and roast 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy. (Watch carefully to prevent burning, since oven temperatures vary!)

  3. Cool and enjoy!
