Warm mango with tahini coconut sauce and roasted coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • 2 mangos
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ¾ lime


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place coconut flakes on a baking sheet and toast 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once, until golden brown.

  2. Peel and dice mango into small cubes. place in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add maple syrup and cook until mango is warm all the way through.

  3. Meanwhile, mix tahini, full-fat coconut milk and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Add to mango and cook until warmed through.

  4. Enjoy topped with roasted coconut flakes and a squeeze of lime.
