Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place coconut flakes on a baking sheet and toast 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once, until golden brown.

Peel and dice mango into small cubes. place in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add maple syrup and cook until mango is warm all the way through.

Meanwhile, mix tahini, full-fat coconut milk and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Add to mango and cook until warmed through.

Tip
To prep your mango, cut sides off, avoiding the center pit. Score fruit down to the peel, then flatten peel and cut out the fruit.
