Trail mix with macadamias, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds, shelled
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • ⅓ cup coconut flakes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a dry skillet, place over medium heat and toast, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely. Enjoy!
