- 4 cups coconut water
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh mint
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 4 cups spinach

Cut cucumber into pieces. Peel and pit avocado.

Combine all ingredients (add a couple ice cubes if you prefer a cold smoothie) in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Tip
Frozen or canned pineapple are great alternatives when fresh is out of season or doesn't fit your budget. Check the ingredients label to avoid added sugar!
