Power green smoothie with spinach, cucumber and pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 ½ tbsp chopped mint
  • 4 cups spinach

Steps

  1. Cut cucumber into pieces. Peel and pit avocado .

  2. Combine all ingredients (add a couple ice cubes if you prefer a cold smoothie) in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
