Ingredients
- 4 frozen acais
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 bananas
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup coconut flakes

Step 1
Run frozen acai under hot water for 5 seconds and, while still in packaging, break into large chunks. Unwrap and transfer to a food processor or blender.

Add blueberries, almond milk and ⅔ of banana. Blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, thinly slice remaining banana.

Transfer blended mixture to a bowl. Top with banana, sliced almonds and coconut flakes and enjoy cold.

Tip
"Acai" means "fruit that cries" in the Tupian language of Brazil. You won't be crying when you're eating it though - it's a great source of disease-fighting antioxidants.
