Acai breakfast bowl

  • 4 frozen acais
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 bananas
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes


  1. Run frozen acai under hot water for 5 seconds and, while still in packaging, break into large chunks. Unwrap and transfer to a food processor or blender.

  2. Add blueberries, almond milk and ⅔ of banana. Blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, thinly slice remaining banana.

  4. Transfer blended mixture to a bowl. Top with banana, sliced almonds and coconut flakes and enjoy cold.
