Seasonal Snapshot: What Is in Season in January

Looking for some seasonal cooking inspiration? If you’re in the US, Canada or elsewhere in the Northern Hemisphere, here's our snapshot of what is in season in January!

Fruit: 

Apples

Pineapple
Pomegranate
Tangerines

Vegetables:

Beets
Brussels sprouts
Carrots
Cauliflower
Celery Root
Celery
Kale
Parsnips
Turnips

Remove some summery staples from your current rotation.
