Fuel up: Pineapple kale smoothie bowl with chia and coconut (serves 1)
Start your day with something green! Make your own smoothie bowl in a flash. Pinapple kale smoothie bowl with chia seeds2

1 cup kale
1 banana
1/2 cup pineapple
1/4 lemon
3/4 cup coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 tbsp coconut flakes

  1. Remove large ribs from kale and tear into 3-inch pieces.
  2. Combine kale, banana, pineapple, lemon and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. (Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.)
  3. Pour into bowl and sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut flakes.

Work out: Plyometrics circuit

60 secs Squats
30 secs Jumping Jacks
60 secs Jump squats
30 secs Burpees
60 secs Butt-kicks

Rest 2 minutes

30 secs Tuck Jumps
60 secs Jumping Jacks
30 secs Squat Jumps
60 secs High-knees
30 secs Burpees
60 secs Jumping Jacks

Repeat circuit two times.
