Make a 4-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
Here in the PlateJoy office, we're excited that June 26 is National Chocolate Pudding Day, so today, we're sharing the recipe for a delicious chocolate snack that can be made in 2 minutes flat! Even better, there's minimal clean-up required, making this the perfect après-dinner treat.
Dark Chocolate Raspberry Mug Cake
2 tbs flour
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp cocoa
¼ tsp baking powder
2 tbs milk
1 tbs oil
1 tbs fresh raspberries
Mix all the dry ingredients together in mug and stir until no lumps remain.
Add milk and oil and stir until no dry flour remains visible. Add raspberries and push down to submerge them.
Microwave cake on high for 45 seconds, then test to see if cooked - the top will spring back a little to the touch. If required, microwave a further 15 seconds and check again!
Devour with a spoon.
