Abigail led health and wellness communications for food and beverage companies, and now works in brand marketing at PlateJoy. She is the creator of Nutrition Traveller, a food and travel blog and Instagram that highlights cultural experiences from around the globe. Anja Lee is the found of Anja Lee Catering, and is trained in French and Californian culinary arts. She provides fuel for some of the top athletic teams in the world, including the Cleveland Cavaliers, helping bring them to victory in 2016 National Championships. Now based in San Francisco, she shares her love of food by teaching cooking classes and running the show for her quickly growing catering company. Her style spans wide, but she gravitates towards a French-Mediterranean-Californian perspective with a healthy, flavorful emphasis in mind. Diana Gariglio-Clelland is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with years of experience counseling patients in the hospital, community, and primary care health settings. She became interested in nutrition after struggling with her own misconceptions about health and nutrition during her early college years. Combining her own personal experiences and innate passion for helping others, she finds joy in helping her clients work towards achieving peace with their bodies by creating health-promoting, sustainable lifestyle habits. Diana is currently working as a freelance dietitian since entering her newest role as stay-at-home mom to her little girl. Kale Samela, MS, RD, CSP, is a pediatric nutritionist at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. She is the author of Give Peas a Chance: The Foolproof Guide to Feeding Your Picky Toddler. After obtaining a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, Kate spent the next ten years of her career working with children prescribing nutrition therapy and couseling families on feeding and nutrition.
